Itinerary of Exotic Golden Triangle Tour with Udaipur
Day 1: Sightseeing in Delhi and transfer to Agra
A driver will pick you up from your desired place of pickup in Delhi or from the Indira Gandhi International Airport. The driver will now take you on a tour for sightseeing. You will first meet your tour guide and he/she will guide you through all the major attractions in both Old and New Delhi. You can visit many major places such asRed Fort, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk, Qutub Minar, etc. This whole tour will take about eight hours. Then you will go to Agra and check-in to your hotel where you will stay overnight.
Day 2: Sightseeing tour in Agra and transfer to Jaipur
Early in the morning you will meet your tour guide and driver who will take you to the Taj Mahal, constructed by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his dead wife, Mumtaz. Early morning is the best time to visit the Taj Mahal due to less people and beautiful view. You can proceed to see the Agra Fort. This fort gives a splendid view of the entire city of Agra. Then you will leave for Jaipur. On the way, you can also visit an abandoned city called Fatehpur Sikri, which was created by the Mughal Emperor Akbar. After arriving in Jaipur, you will check-in to a hotel for overnight stay.
Day 3: Jaipur Sightseeing Tour
The driver and guide will meet you again in the hotel and will take you for a sightseeing tour in Jaipur. One of the best places to visit is the Amber Fort. An interesting fact about this fort is that you can get there on an elephant. You can also visit the magnificent Jantar Mantar observatory, Hawa Mahal, and Jal Mahal. At the end of the day, you will return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Day transfer from Jaipur to Udaipur
At around 8:00 in the morning, the driver will take you from Jaipur to Udaipur. Once in Udaipur, you will check-in to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 5: Sightseeing tour in Udaipur
Today you will spend the day sightseeing in Udaipur. There are many places to visit in this city, mainly the City Palace, which is one of the most sought after palaces in the entire state. After visiting the palace, you can take a relaxing boat ride in Lake Pichola, which is situated nearby. A good way to watch the sunset would be to view it from the Sajjan Garh Palace. You will stay overnight in your hotel in Udaipur.
Day 6: Udaipur to Delhi Flight
In the morning you will leave for the airport for the journey back to Delhi. You will be escorted by the driver and tour guide to the airport. After you arrive in Delhi, you can move onward to your next destination or you can be dropped at the hotel by the driver. This concludes the Exotic Golden Triangle Tour with Udaipur.
